Iter<\/strong> is the name of the new venue in Via Fusetti (Navigli<\/strong> \u2013 Milan) where we were guests to discover the\u00a0\u00a0drink\u00a0Puglia<\/em><\/strong>, proposed by\u00a0 Nicola Scarnera<\/strong>, the young manager of the venue, who, after studying graphic design in Perugia, working at the eclectic Sketch in London, and collaborating with\u00a0 MAG<\/strong> \u00a0since 2013, has now been entrusted with running it.<\/p>\n

Iter tells the story of an itinerary, a journey, an experience that starts in Italy and goes beyond its borders. Marco Polo and Christopher Columbus were, not by chance, great\u00a0 Italian travellers<\/strong> \u00a0and it is precisely from this imagery that Flavio Angiolillo, the venue's owner, drew inspiration for the new project, which favours exclusively Italian products and liqueurs or spirits connected to Italy. Twice a year, the venue will reinvent itself by choosing a\u00a0 new<\/strong> country<\/strong> \u00a0and its\u00a0 food and wine<\/strong> culture<\/strong> \u00a0which, blending with our country, will give rise to a new menu and an original drink list.<\/p>\n

The drink\u00a0 Puglia<\/strong> <\/em>on offer is a\u00a0 twist<\/strong> \u00a0on the\u00a0 daiquiri<\/strong> \u00a0made with Farmily 2016, lime and sugar, with a dash of Clarin Casimir, a Haitian rum, but with a strong\u00a0 Italian<\/strong> influence<\/strong>, bitter Violento, made with Puglian citrus, a salt and pepper tincture, and finally a rib of seasoned, dried tomato.\"<\/p>\n
