The report\u00a0 Io sono cultura<\/strong> - The Italy of quality and beauty defies the crisis<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0now in its seventh edition this year, has become an eagerly awaited benchmark for taking stock of the role of the food and wine<\/strong> and of the creativity<\/strong> in our country by adopting the lens of real economy analysis. Through an idea of culture made up of museums, galleries, festivals, cultural heritage, literature, cinema and the performing arts, but also creative industries and made in Italy: that is, all those activities which do not in themselves represent a cultural asset, but which draw creative energy and competitiveness from culture.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The platform WE R FOOD<\/strong> cited among best practice<\/strong> published in the Io Sono Cultura report. The research was presented in Rome in the presence of Minister Dario Franceschini and the president of Symbola<\/strong> Ermete Realacci together with the president of Confindustria<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The award was given for designing an approach capable of renewing Italian cuisine and for building with the Food Design<\/strong> a new storytelling platform.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>WE R FOOD thanks the authors and researchers who selected the projects, but above all the designers Vito Nesta, Elena Salmistraro, Zanellato Bortotto, Vittorio Venezia and studio Milo who worked on the realisation and success of We R Food For<\/strong> Rigolo<\/strong>.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
