{"id":6197,"date":"2018-04-23T15:23:57","date_gmt":"2018-04-23T15:23:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.werfood.it\/?page_id=6197"},"modified":"2018-09-20T13:06:27","modified_gmt":"2018-09-20T13:06:27","slug":"design-week-2018","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.werfood.it\/en\/design-week-2018\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Milano Design Week 2018: <strong>WE R FOOD<\/strong> renews its partnership with the restaurant <strong>RIGOLO<\/strong> \u00a0through a new concept, blending good food and good design, titled\u00a0 <strong>Forma \u00e8 Sostanza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The protagonist is the mark of\u00a0\u00a0<b>Mario Trimarchi<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0interpreted through the moulds designed for Alessi. Four geometric shapes which, like microarchitectures, meet an equal number of traditional recipes reinvented for the occasion by the well-known Milanese restaurant. The dishes, beautiful to look at and delicious to taste, give rise to sensory discoveries that surprise and delight both the eye and the palate. Signature black-and-white drawings, again by Mario Trimarchi, complete the\u00a0\u00a0<i>mise en place\u00a0<\/i>entertaining guests.
