Milano Design Week 2018: WE R FOOD renews its partnership with the restaurant RIGOLO  through a new concept, blending good food and good design, titled  Forma è Sostanza.

The protagonist is the mark of  Mario Trimarchi  interpreted through the moulds designed for Alessi. Four geometric shapes which, like microarchitectures, meet an equal number of traditional recipes reinvented for the occasion by the well-known Milanese restaurant. The dishes, beautiful to look at and delicious to taste, give rise to sensory discoveries that surprise and delight both the eye and the palate. Signature black-and-white drawings, again by Mario Trimarchi, complete the  mise en place entertaining guests. The narrative form is that of a storyboard: a semi-fantastical story about the journey, entitled  L’isola che non c’è  – which tells of the shapes that meet at the table.
